The Committee on Outdoor Recreation moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 32, line 2, by striking out the words “has been” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “is”;

And,

On page 1, section 32, lines 2 and 3, by striking out the words “at its current location” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “consistent with the nature of the sporting event that has been in regular operation”.
