Chairman Fast moved to amend the committee substitute on page 2, section 1(h), line 33, after subdivision (1) by inserting: "(2) A two axel vehicle, other than motorcycles or mopeds, the primary purpose of which is the transportation of passengers;" and then renumbering the remaining subdivisions accordingly.
