Chairman Fast moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 1(h), line 33, after subdivision (1) by inserting: "(2) A two axel vehicle the primary purpose of which is the transportation of passengers, and motorcycles and mopeds;" and then renumbering the remaining subdivisions accordingly.
