Delegate Fast moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 9, lines 31 and 32, by striking out subsection (e) in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“(e) As used in this section, “intentionally exposes his or her sex organs or anus” means to willfully display one’s nude genitals, anus, augmented breasts, or a female’s post puberty nude breasts to another person.”
