Delegate Pushkin moves to amend SB352 on page 3, Section 3, following the period on line 52 by inserting a new subsection (i) to read as follows:

"(i) The provisions of subsection (h) of this section are not applicable to abortions performed pursuant to subsections (b) and (c) of this section."
