Delegate Young moves to amend "SB352 HFA Summers and Burkhammer 3-8 #2" on page 3, Section 3, line 7, by striking out the word "eight" and insert the number "18";

And,

On page 4, Section 3.5, line 13, by striking out the number "14" and inserting in lieu thereof the number "18".
