HB2008 HFA Foggin 3-11

Delegate Foggin moves to amend the committee substitute on page 4, section 2, line 47 following the word “Governor” by inserting “or to employees of the Division of Natural Resources serving as a Natural Resources Police Officer.  For purposes of this section, Natural Resources Police Officer means any person regularly employed in the service of the Division of Natural Resources as a law-enforcement officer.”
