Delegates Foggin, Pritt, Flanigan, Heckert, and T. Clark move to amend Com Sub for HB2008 on pages 3 and 4, section 2, beginning on page 3, line 31, following the words “of this code” by inserting a period and striking out the remainder of section 2 contained on lines 32 through 47;

And,

On pages 4 and 5, Section 1, beginning on line 14 of page 4, by striking out lines 14 through 26 in their entirety, and re-lettering subsection (e) accordingly.
