Delegates Ferrell and Browning move to amend the committee substitute for House Bill 2355 on page 4, line 67, following the period at the end of the sentence by inserting the following:

"Such public school coach shall not be compensated for travel sports coaching. Compensation shall include but not exclusive to:

(1) Monetary payment or delayed payment.

(2) Tangible and non-tangible gifts.

(3) Loans of vehicles, lodging, or any other item of value.

Exceptions shall include travel reimbursement for the following:

(1) Mileage;

(2) Participation fees; and

(3) Meals."
