Delegate Anders moved to amend the bill on page 3, line 49, by striking the words, “veteran service” and inserting the word, “nonprofit”;

And,

On page 4, line 80, by striking subsection (q) in its entirety;

And,

On page 5, line 7 by striking, Veterans Service Organization (or its auxiliaries) as defined in §47-20-1 et seq.,” and inserting, “nonprofit organization”.
