Delegate Pushkin moves to amend Com Sub for HB2515 on page 8, Section 1, lines 179 through 181, following the word “interventionist” on line 179 by striking out the remainder of the sentence on lines 179 through 181 and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “the county board may exempt the county or the principal may exempt the school from the state disciplinary policy upon a finding that that the county or school is showing continued positive educational progress.”
