The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill by striking out everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, to fund 0313, fiscal year 2026, organization 0402, be supplemented and amended by adding a new item of appropriation as follows:
