The Committee on Energy and Public Works moved to amend Committee Substitute for Senate Bill 256 on page 3, section 1, line 40, after the word “authorized” by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the following:

“With the following amendment:

On page 5, section 4.7.1, after the word “paid” and before the semicolon by inserting the words “and other relevant evidence of the fair market value requested by the Commission”.
