Delegate Brooks moved to amend the committee substitute for House Bill 4355 on page 1, section 56b, line 2, immediately after the words “These stamps” by striking the remainder of the sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the following words: “shall be required only to hunt and take upland game birds in a wildlife management area, and any additional lands the Director of the Division of Natural Resources may designate pursuant to subsection (c) of this section, during any upland game bird season.”;

And,

On page 1, section 56b, line 6, immediately after the word “noted”, by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a colon and the following words: “Provided, That no UB resident upland game bird hunting stamp shall be required to be purchased by any resident hunter who has purchased a lifetime hunting license prior to the effective date of this legislation.”
