Senator Garcia moved to amend the amendment on page 3, section 1, line 55, by striking out all of subparagraph (i) and inserting in lieu thereof a new subparagraph (i), to read as follows:

(i) The provision of transportation, food, medicine, medical treatment, or shelter for a lawful purpose and for the immediate health, safety, or welfare of an illegal alien; or;

On page 4, section 1, lines 72 through 75, by striking out all of subdivision (10);

And,

By renumbering the remaining subdivisions.
