Delegates Hite and Browning moved to amend the bill on page 1, line 11, after the word, “Commission” by inserting a semi colon and the following: “$10 million from the balance of moneys in the fund shall be allocated to West Virginia University for Ibogaine research;  $10 million from the balance of moneys in the fund shall be allocated to Marshall University for Ibogaine research;”.
