AN ACT to repeal §16-29F-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to repealing the section regulating the now-expired uninsured and underinsured pilot program.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 29F. UNINSURED AND UNDERINSURED PILOT PROGRAMS.

§1. Repeal of section authorizing and regulating the now-expired uninsured and underinsured pilot program.

That §16-29F-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates and the Clerk of the Senate hereby certify that the foregoing bill is correctly enrolled.
