A BILL to repeal §16-29F-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to repealing the section regulating the now-expired uninsured and underinsured pilot program.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 29F. UNINSURED AND UNDERINSURED PILOT PROGRAMS.

§1. Repeal of section authorizing and regulating the now-expired uninsured and underinsured pilot program.

That §16-29F-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal an expired pilot program.
