A BILL to repeal §24-2B-1 and 24-2B-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to gas utility rates that were set for a period of for 12 months during 1983.  

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 2B. TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF RATE INCREASES.

§1. Repeal of article for temporary suspension of rate increases.

That 24-2B-1 and §24-2B-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are repealed.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal two sections of code that was only in effect for a 12-month period during 1983.
