AN ACT making a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out of the Treasury from the balance of moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, to the Department of Homeland Security, Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation – Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority, fund 6675, fiscal year 2023, organization 0608, by supplementing and amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.

Whereas, The Governor has established that there now remains an unappropriated balance in the Department of Homeland Security, Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation –Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority, fund 6675, fiscal year 2023, organization 0608, that is available for expenditure during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, which is hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, to fund 6675, fiscal year 2023, organization 0608, be supplemented and amended by decreasing an existing item of appropriation as follows:
