A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §15-15-1, relating to the creation of the Law Enforcement Safety Act; and requiring West Virginia law-enforcement agencies to index felony warrants with the National Crime Information Center (NCIC).

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 15. LAW ENFORCEMENT SAFETY ACT.

§15-15-1. Mandatory indexing of felony warrants.

Law-enforcement agencies in West Virginia shall index all felony warrants with the National Crime Information Center (NCIC).
