A BILL to repeal §17A-10-3c of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to additional registration fees for alternative fuel vehicles.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

§1.  Repeal of section authorizing additional registration fees for alternative fuel vehicles.

That §17A-10-3c of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of the West Virginia code relating to additional registration fees for alternative fuel vehicles.
