The House of Delegates was called to order by the Honorable Roger Hanshaw, Speaker.

Prayer was offered and the House was led in recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance.

Mr. Speaker, Mr. Hanshaw announced that Delegate McGeehan, who was absent yesterday, had taken the oath of office.  The Delegate was sworn in earlier on this morning.
