Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.


The purpose of this bill is to reauthorize, with amendment, as one rule, the legislative rules contained in title sixty-four, series eleven and series seventy-four of the code of state rules relating to licensure of behavioral health centers (64 CSR 11) and behavioral health consumer rights, (64 CSR 74). The Department does not estimate a fiscal impact related to this bill as this bill is codifying department rules currently in place.
