Memorandum


SB57 would require disclosure of attorney source payments in certain hearings before the Public Service Commission or Environmental Boards. SB57 does not appear to have impact on the Offices of the Insurance Commissioner. The Public Service Commission should be consulted regarding any fiscal impact to their agency.
