The purpose of this bill is to provide a special license plate for curing childhood cancer. The bill also sets a fee.
This bill establishes an annual application fee of $10, and an additional annual fee of $15.
Expenses will consist of mainframe and cash register programming costs of $5050. The average cost of similar registration plates is $6.80
