This will not have cost on the State but will potentially increase revenue and disbursements to Volunteer Fire Departments. This could have a positive impact to the critical needs and operations of these departments which serve and provide mitigation response strategies in most of the local communities throughout this great State! It should be noted that the State Treasurer and Tax Department will need to provide their expenses and revenues generated since they have responsibility for the collection and disbursements relevant to this particular bill; this agency's responsibilities to administer and manage the fireworks safety program does impact this particular bill.

The State Treasurer and Tax Department will need to provide their expenses and revenues generated since they have responsibility for the collection and disbursements relevant to this particular bill; this agency's responsibilities to administer and manage the fireworks safety program does impact this particular bill.
Memorandum
This bill will increase and positively impact the disbursements provided to the Volunteer Fire Departments from the Fireworks Safety program. This agency will continue to administer and ensure that all permanent and temporary facilities pertaining to fireworks sales.
