Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.


House Bill 4723, if enacted, would add certified behavior analysts as health professionals to the students who can receive loans from the health professions student loan program. The estimated additional cost for including recent graduates who are Certified Behavioral Analysts to those eligible for the Health Sciences Service Program is approximately $250,000 annually.
