Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):


Please explain increases and decreases in personal services, current expenses, repairs and alterations, assets, other costs and revenues, including assumptions and data sources and delineation between start-up and ongoing costs. Please also include a long-range schedule of costs and revenues if fiscal impact is expected to vary in future years. The above estimate is based on three senior troopers and an Office Assistant III working the northern half of the state, and the same for the southern half. Personal Services costs include salaries and benefits for these employees. Current Expenses consist of training for six uniform members, meals, lodging and certification costs as well as computers, furniture, office supplies and appropriate software licenses to use during investigations. Six vehicles are included under equipment for the uniformed members.
