Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
HB2633 provides for updates to existing language throughout WV Code Chapter 19; however, the updated language does not result in significant changes to existing programs or material impacts to expense and revenue. A new fund is proposed to support the Agriculture Investment Program. The new fund would be a Special Revenue fund, but the fiscal impact of this program/fund cannot be reasonably estimated at this time.
