House bill 4008,if enacted, would direct the Higher Education Policy Commission to develop and implement a funding formula model governing its appropriation request to the Legislature regarding distribution of general revenue to the state’s institutions of higher education.
Any costs associated with this legislation would not be sufficient to require additional state appropriations.
