Please explain increases and decreases in personal services, current expenses, repairs and alterations, assets, other costs and revenues, including assumptions and data sources and delineation between start-up and ongoing costs. Please also include a long-range schedule of costs and revenues if fiscal impact is expected to vary in future years. The OGCC currently has one FTE. The addition of a second FTE would be necessary to facilitate the processing of the applications to meet demand and the time sensitive requirements proposed in the legislation. Current expenses would be impacted to include but not limited to additional website storage, newspaper legal ad costs, mailing expenses, travel expense reimbursements and per diems for the two additional commission members. It is anticipated that the aforementioned costs would vary each year but would continue for the foreseeable future.

Please identify any areas of vagueness, technical defects, reasons a bill would not have a fiscal impact, and/or any special issues not captured elsewhere on this form.
