Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
We estimate that we would have to hire enough new foresters to equate to 8 full time equivalent positions across the State to meet the case by case inspection requirements this legislation would entail. Also, we would need to hire one additional office assistant to handle the increased oversight in the approval process.
