House Bill 3534, if enacted, would prohibit an insurer from imposing a copayment for services rendered from various providers from being more than a copayment imposed for services from a primary care physician or an osteopathic physician.
HB 3534 will have no fiscal impact on the revenues, expenses or operations of the Offices of the Insurance Commissioner.
