There is no additional fiscal impact from this bill because the Court simply seeks to clarify job duties and authority for existing training employees.
Memorandum
As written, this bill has no fiscal impact on the budget of the Judicial Branch. The proposed training can be absorbed by existing staff, therefore no additional staff will be required.
