Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
Revenue is proportional to the number of permits received. Though we have little history on which to base expectations, we anticipate 1-2 permit applications annually. Each permit is expected to accrue internal costs of $1,700. At a per permit cost of $250, each permit is expected to generate $250 in revenue.
