The purpose of this bill is to require the Secretary of Health to establish a long term psychiatric, mental health assistance hospital facility or home to serve the needs of homeless persons.
This bill falls under the Department of Health Facilities section of the code. The Department of Health does not operate any medical hospital/facility/home and therefore is unable to provide a fiscal impact.
