Fiscal Note Summary

Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.

Summarize in a clear and concise manner what impact this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government. This bill would require additional General revenue as it would increase our expenses in personnel paid with General, Special and Federal Funds. Because there is not an anticipated increase in Special Revenue or Federal Funds this increase would need to borne by General Revenue. Below is an outline of the resulting increases: General Revenue $431,200 Special Revenue $ 28,000 Federal Funding $ 39,200

Memorandum

Please identify any areas of vagueness, technical defects, reasons a bill would not have a fiscal impact, and/or any special issues not captured elsewhere on this form. Currently anticipated General Revenue for Personal Services may be sufficient to cover additional costs for employees funded through General, Special and Federal sources. However, any reduction in Special Revenue or cut to Federal appropriations would result in significant hardship.
