Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
Language in 19-2C-6a provides for compensation for board of review members based on legislative interim duty amounts established in WV Code 4-2A-5. The estimates above a based upon an estimate of quarterly meetings (4 meetings/year). The increased expense for the auctioneer board of review members will be covered out of existing program fee revenue. Board member travel expenses (already permitted in existing code) will vary based on board composition, along with number and location of meetings.
Offsetting cost savings is anticipated within the program as it moves forward with a new online registration system.

Language in 19-2C-9(f) should be corrected to read "All auction firms" instead of "All action firms..."
