As SB916 would not increase the duties of the Department of Agriculture related to agritourism, it is not anticipated to have any fiscal impact.
Cost savings, if any, by other units of State or local government through reduced regulation through the elimination of duplicative efforts cannot be reasonably estimated by the Department of Agriculture at this time.
