This will require a one-time development. From the Secretary of State side estimated development time is 24 hours and estimated staff cost (salary and benefits) is $108/hour - totaling $2,592. From the third-party vendor side estimates development time is 24 hours and time and material change is $235/hour totaling $4,200.
