Please explain increases and decreases in personal services, current expenses, repairs and alterations, assets, other costs and revenues, including assumptions and data sources and delineation between start-up and ongoing costs. Please also include a long-range schedule of costs and revenues if fiscal impact is expected to vary in future years.
This is only an example: The cost of a background check is approximately $32.50 per person. If 40 dietitians choose to join the compact once it is fully implemented, the total background‑check expense would be about $1,300. The estimated cost for the Board’s delegate is an additional $180. If the Board sets a compact participation fee that covers both the background‑check cost and the delegate expense, the compact’s implementation should be fiscally neutral by the end of the year.
