The bill requires the Commissioner of Highways or designee to serve as an ex officio member of the Corridor H Authority. As an ex officio member, the Commissioner of Highways would not be entitled to compensation for his services, but would receive reimbursement from the DOH for expenses incurred in the performance of his official duties for the authority.
