Memorandum
Because the Natural Resources Police Retirement Fund is managed by the Consolidated Public Retirement Board, an estimate of fiscal impact cannot be calculated by the Division of Natural Resources. The CPRB would be better able to estimate the number of NRPOs and the cost of this proposal.
