Fiscal Note Summary

Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.

Summarize in a clear and concise manner what impact this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government. The DCR does not believe there would be any additional cost to the agency. It appears that most of the assessment and case planning would be performed by the court system, in coordination with the US Veterans Affairs. As currently drafted, it appears that the agency would possibly be able to apply for federal funds for applicable areas of possible outlying costs.
