Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):


The bill would not increase the allocation of funds to the Industrial Access Road Fund from the State Road Fund. The bill contemplates the possibilities of also including shared county funds and matching federal funds. The DOH currently manages IAR projects, and the expected increase in IAR projects as a result of the bill would potentially increase internal expenses by an estimated 1/4 of a FTE or $16,875 per year.
