Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
Please explain increases and decreases in personal services, current expenses, repairs and alterations, assets, other costs and revenues, including assumptions and data sources and delineation between start-up and ongoing costs. Please also include a long-range schedule of costs and revenues if the fiscal impact is expected to vary in future years.
A part-time staff position will need to be added to support a new group of people requiring a license to work in WV. Some of the expenses will include a small renovation to our office space, a computer, and a workstation, as none are currently available in our office. Once the process is complete, the ongoing costs will include the space and the staff member's salary and benefits. The long-term would be salary and benefits as approved by the legislature and the governor.
