Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The purpose of this bill is to require the Office of Health Facility Licensure and Certification to inspect office-based medication-assisted treatment programs at least every 24 months.
This legislation has no fiscal impact on the Department of Health as the Office of Health Facility Licensure & Certification is part of the Office of Inspector General. The Office of Inspector General (OIG) is a separate and autonomous agency within the Department of Health and therefore receive Fiscal Note requests separately from the Department of Health.
