Memorandum
Senate Bill 556 modifies W. Va. Code ยง33-6-29 by amending the insurance coverage and policy for drivers of certain vehicles to be consistent with federal law.
SB556 would have no impact on the automobile private market insurers or to the WV Offices of the Insurance Commissioner.
