The purpose of this bill is to provide health coverage for PANS/PANDAS. This Bill is written to include Chapter 33 insurance providers and WV Medicaid because it has no fiscal impact on PEIA. PEIA has created a fiscal note for both HB4197 and SB71estimating an increase in costs of $577,473.
